"I found my 2009 Ultra Classic on their website. Called spoke with John and Chad, and picked it up a couple of days later. My experience at their shop was nothing short of amazing. I was treated as a friend, not a number, my buddy came along and was treated with the same respect. No corporate atmosphere, just a great place to go wether your buying a bike or parts! I've been to alot of Harley Dealerships, but Cedar River is by far the best. Thanks to everyone there for making me and Beaver feel at home! I live over 6 hours away (round trip)...well worth it! This shop should be a model for all Harley dealerships!"

"I want to thank the shop help for what you did for me i came by on7/12/12 at 11:44 am. with out any lights on the back side of my bike with your generosity of wiring gromets shrink tape and the right color coded wire i was able to get the lights working and rerouted in about 2hrs. I thank you for making my life livable again. For i drove about 1300 miles with a wing and a prayer, and the prayer was answered when i came to your shop. SO FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART THANK YOU."

"My wife and I were finishing our last leg of a vacation from upper Michigan with our neighbors and decided we needed tees from Iowa. Like we needed more f----- tees. We rode in on Heritage's and left on Electra Glides. Had absolute no intentions on new bikes. Most expensive damn vacation We've ever been on, but one of the best. Believe me, I have been to many shops around the entire country and Cedar River is tops! Service department, the best! Other shops need to be getting their training from Cedar River! "We road in on Saturday and were only 20 minutes away when sudden downpour. When we arrived the service manager allowed us to pull into the service bay area and gave us some towels to dry off and then Amy test drove the 2000 Road King. She loved it and everyone was so friendly and helpful. This was a very pleasant experience and enjoyed the 2 hours there before heading back to Springfield on my Road Glide and Amy's 2000 Road King. Hope to stop back by on the way to Sturgis."

""I was so impressed with the conversation I had with the salesman over the phone I drove 2000 miles round trip to do business. The gentleman that sold me my 2005 Screamin eagle Electra glide 2 Classic rolled out then red carpet for me! The parts man there was excellent along with the service dept. person who did the diagnostics on the race tuner. The sales person there took time to offer the best application for my bike which was far better my own ideas. I do all of my business with them via mail and saved thousands of dollars by taking this long ride from Alabama to Iowa. I got to many extras to list. "I drove over 9 hours (one way) to do business with the folks at Cedar River HD. I would (and plan to) do it again in the not-to-distant future.
I dealt primarily with Tom, Jason, Charlie and Jerry – these folks know how to earn loyalty. I had nothing but service, service, and service. The deal was good; however, the service and friendly atmosphere is what has convinced me to discuss the purchase of a new bike next year – they just don’t know it yet. It felt like visiting with a long lost friend or something, just a down-to-earth feeling that I thoroughly enjoyed.
